Right now the only way to find links to the recordings is to look at the proceedings. It is becoming natural for people to use the materials page (both the overall materials and the materials for a given group under /group/acronym/meetings) to find all the materials. The recordings should appear there when they are available.

Links are already on the page as buttons, but should be its own section of the list in the main part of the page as well.
