Right now, when people hit Reply-All to an announcement of a new version of a draft (particularly when it's the message that went to a working group), they have to remember to manually remove the i-d-announce@ and internet-drafts@ addresses. It is vanishingly rare that someone really wants to reply to those addresses. Setting the Reply-To to get all the rest of the addresses, but not those, would make the workflow less error-prone.
