Color coded ballot positions #886

@mahoney@nostrum.com commented This ticket refers to the "Change position for regarding " page, the template for which is ietf/templates/doc/ballot/edit_position.html. The user chooses from a list of ballot positions (Yes, No Objection, Discuss, Abstain, Recuse, No Record) presented as a radio button list. An option for reformatting the list would be to use text and background colors that are used for the labels of the ballot groups on the "IESG evaluation record" tab. |

@larseggert Is this something that would still be worthwhile? |
I don't think so. Nobody worries about the history entries :-) |

| by presnick@qualcomm.comTwo of us this week made the same silly mistake: We balloted "Abstain" when we meant "Recuse". We each went back and fixed it, but that still leaves a silly History record. Is there some way to put little color boxes next to each position or otherwise colorize them (green for Yes or No Objection , red for Discuss, yellow for Abstain, and gray for Recuse)? That would have made things obvious.
